Ticket office is located on the South side (Roan St. entrance.) of the building, off to the right of the main doors, in the alcove.
The Turner Center utilizes a computerized ticket system. The ticket office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard , or Discover only.
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
- Saturday: Only open if an event is happening that day, and tickets are only available for that event
- Sunday: Closed

Will Call is available for online and phone purchases only. Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call/Ticket Office at any time prior to the show (during normal Ticket Office hours), or up until 15 minutes after the show/event begins.
Telephone and internet orders are subject to a per order fee.
There are no ATM machines on grounds at this time. All concession areas, including beverage stands & carts, accept cash only.
